Cancellation Policy
Because your services are reserved for you, please adhere to our cancellation policy.
Any single appointment not cancelled 4 hours in advance will result in the full service charge.
Any multiple services or packages must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or packages not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in full service charge or gift cards voided.
In the event the guest is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the full fee of the service(s) missed will be charged.
Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians' scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration for your fellow guests.
